Commissions to date include small panels to hang within a window space, glass for the garden and larger windows for the home. These can be internal or external windows. For an external window, stained glass can be used as the sole window glass, or as most people prefer, installed on the inside of an existing double-glazed window.
Making stained glass is labour-intensive and the materials are costly. Prices vary with the scale of the project, the choice of glass and the complexity of the work, in particular, the amount of painting. Each painted piece may be fired several times.
